We contunue to grow; this is due to our competitive price structure, pleasant nature and top quality cleaners. To continue with our development we require new staff.
Domestic and commercial cleaning is physically demanding; you have to be in good shape to perform at an optimum level, day. TDS demand high standards from all cleaners, both in terms of output and customer relations.
Pay rates are set well in advance of the national mimum wage.
Requirements for all our new cleaners:
- Trustworthiness
- Honesty
- Self-motivated
- Pleasant natured
- Sound communication skills
- Physically fit
- Car owner (prefferably)
Please note, new staff undergo a period of probation before officially joining the company.
