Tracy is the daughter of Andrew and Pauline Douglas, she was raised on a dairy farm in Dumfriesshire, Scotland.

At the age of 23 she joined the British Army as a Clerk in the Adjutants General Corps (AGC). During her 16 years of service she married Peter, had 2 children (Louis & Ella) and was stationed in the UK, Germany, Holland and Norway. She held prestigious posts in Whitehall and NATO Headquarters in Holland and Norway, she also carried out Operational Tours in Bosnia and Iraq.

In 2011 Tracy terminated her service in the British Army to give more stability to her young family. After a brief spell of working as a HR Manager, for a coal recycling company in Doncaster she took the brave step of forming TDS.

From a standing start TDS Cleaning Services has grown to be a dominant force in the local community. Tracy manages her staff and clients with absolute professionalism and care, whatever the requirement nothing is too much trouble.
